Frequently Asked Questions
Why use JCGI? JCGI not only brings the ability to install your 3M, Avery, MacTac or Oracal vinyl product according to your specifications. But we bring “Our workYour Public Image” mentality along too. We are able to project manage ourselves, yet provide electronic and verbal feedback to keep your company in the loop. What should I know when it comes to the vinyl being installed on my project? JCGI prepares and installs 3M, Avery, MacTac or Oracal vinyl product according to their recommendations. That is why we provide links to each manufacturer’s technical/instructional bulletin part of their complex website. We want you to know what is acceptable and what isn’t. We want you to be satisfied with the quality and commitment of our work. We have quite a few locations and/or vehicles nationally. How will we coordinate this effort? JCGI not only has a background in installation, but we bring a strong project management mentality with us. Whether it is one location or multiple locations, we can and will take on the project management aspect to insure smooth installation, field coordination between locations and install crews and reporting process to minimize the stressfulness of this time period. We know that while this process is important to you, there are other day-to-day operations which make your company money. Do you only use your own crews? No. JCGI is a member of a national organization of certified installers. We use this group of installation companies as needed, knowing they have met the requirements of vinyl manufacturers through the testing process. How do you stay current with all the changes? As in any good company, JCGI has one person who looks at 3M, Avery, MacTac and Oracal websites to insure we have the latest instructional and technical bulletins. We also talk with other installation companies to make sure we are current on installation techniques and requirements. We don’t believe complacency has a place in our organization. |
